I found this mat after looking a few up to put down after deep cleaning my kitchen, except I added the wrong color to the cart and didn’t realize until minutes after placing the order. I reached out to customer service, and they were able to do a swap to the color I meant to purchase for me! I have never asked a company for something like that (and don’t plan to again) and was so relieved I didn’t need to initiate a return and place a new order in this human error situation.
The mat itself is so comfortable. Highly recommend it for the oven and sick standing in your bare feet!

This runner has been a beautiful addition to our high-traffic galley kitchen. It doesn’t slip and the corners stay down, so there’s no concern about tripping over it. I can already tell it’s going to hide dirt and dog hair like a champ, and the fact that it’s machine washable is a huge bonus. The pattern is an elevated contemporary traditional that will stand the test of time. Loving this product from Matterly!
I love love love this rug. Color is beautiful. It’s nice and thick, so it doesn’t move when my toddler runs through the front door. It helps wick dirt and grime from the outside before making it all the way in. It feels so nice on my bare feet.
We couldn't be happier with the Un-Rug Boucle Weave Interior Mat that we ordered. It laid flat immediately and is so thin there is no issue with our front door snagging the mat every time we open it. Also, I love how it looks and feels. It is very thin but the top is soft and feels great to walk on. After receiving the mat we immediately ordered matching runners (not pictured).
I not only recommend the product but the customer service from the Matterly team was amazing. There was a FedEx delivery issue with our first rug being flagged as undeliverable and damaged which was out of their control. I emailed their team and heard back very quickly with immediate resolution. Not only did they fix the shipping issue but they proactively kept me updated on the status of the replacement rug shipment - thank you Leah and Kaitlin!

This runner is fabulous! Placed in front of my kitchen sink and dishwasher - in the most high traffic area of my tiny kitchen, this runner has resisted stains from dropped food (including watermelon) and constant foot traffic. This runner is extremely easy to vacuum, it traps dirt and does not get sucked up into the vacuum. I love the neutral color pattern. It looks fantastic with my existing decor. I HIGHLY recommend this runner. If it was available in a longer length I would purchase it for my hallway.
This runner is awesome. I love that it doesn’t slip because of the rubber back, and it’s so soft and cozy to walk on, and easy to clean!
I absolutely love this rug! It is so nice to have something beautiful that also carefully hides if I don’t exactly catch the Dog the very second that she brings muddy feet onto the mat. This is look very, very, very expensive and posh. It makes my whole Space?? looks so awesome. Highly highly highly recommended!
I have always had to replace mats at our high-traffic back door after a few months. Not anymore! This oversized mat is here to stay! It’s a great size, super durable(yet so soft), and stays in place. It’s pup-approved too!
We love this mat! It looks and feels more like nice rug vs a door mat, soft like a rug but has a sturdy rubber backing that keeps it in place. We put this mat by our most trafficked entrance and it’s been great at trapping dirt before it gets into the house. We have 2 kids and a dog and this mat has held up beautifully. The dog really likes to use it as her ‘bed’. The pattern and darker color disguise the dirt, but the robot vacuum works great on this mat to keep it
I have this mat at my front door and it has been amazing. It never slips, looks great, and is great in a high traffic area with dogs and kids.
We have absolutely been loving our runner. It is the exact perfect blend of rug and doormat. It hides dirt from shoes that are just entering the house and then vacuums really well. But, it doesn’t look like a doormat, it looks like a cute area rug! My favorite thing about my runner is that without any extra pad or mat, it stays exactly in place and doesn’t slide around.
