SHIPPING

Matterly currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States, and only to commercial and residential addresses in those states (not to Post Office boxes). 

Neighburly mats are made to order and typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, except for personalized mats which take 5 to 7 business days.   

Needle & Tread mats are stocked and typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.  

If you order a combination of items, the complete order will not ship until all items are ready.

All mats are shipped via UPS Ground.  We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION  

Once your order is completely filled, you will receive shipping notification via email. 

ATTENTION: Many of our larger mats are rolled for shipping.  If your mat arrives rolled, please lay it flat and allow it to rest for 24-48 hours before using.  You may also "reverse" roll it to help expedite the flattening process.

RETURNS

You may return your Matterly purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original form of payment. After 30 days and up to 60 days of delivery, you may exchange your Matterly purchase.  Please contact us for return instructions.

If your mat is defective or was damaged in shipment, please reach out to us at care@mymatterly.com. 

If you believe your mat is not performing as designed or did not perform for a reasonable service life, please reach out to us.  We stand behind our products and their performance.  If your mat isn't performing as it was designed, we'll gladly replace it or help you find a solution that better suits your environment/use.  Email us at care@mymatterly.com.
